Introduction:
At our tea boutique, we understand the soothing power of a warm cup of tea. Today, we are excited to share a delightful recipe for green tea that will invigorate your senses and transport you to a place of tranquility with every sip.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of high-quality green tea leaves
- 1 cup of filtered water
- Optional: lemon slices, honey, or mint leaves for flavoring
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a small saucepan or kettle until it reaches about 80°C (175°F), or simply bring the water to a gentle simmer.
2. Place the green tea leaves into a teapot or cup.
3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves.
4. Allow the tea to steep for about 2-3 minutes to extract the perfect balance of flavors. Steeping longer may result in a bitter taste, so be mindful
