Returns and Refunds:

Should you ever choose to part with an item from our collection, we request that it be returned in pristine, sellable condition to its original packaging. Kindly inform us of your decision via email to ze@soullatea.com along with the order number within three days of the item's arrival.

You are responsible for the safe return of the treasure to our realm. Upon its arrival, and inspection then we will only refund through the initial channel of exchange. Although we take the utmost care when packing your glass items and sometimes they are mishandled, if they are received broken please contact your carrier to file a claim.

In the interest of maintaining the integrity of our offerings, our tea treasures, culinary delights, and packaged elixirs are bound to their intended purposes and cannot be returned. However, should a precious item arrive flawed, it may be exchanged for an equivalent treasure within 7 days.
